Navigating the Road to Health was initiated by the Nebraska Families Collaborative in partnership with Project Everlast to improve health and mental health access and outcomes for current and former youth in foster care.
The free online training, “Navigating the Road to Health: Healthcare Transition Planning with Teenage Foster Youth,” has been approved for 1.5 hours of in-service training for licensed foster parents.
