Tokyo, Japan – October 27, 2012: People dressed as Power Rangers doing a performance in Shibuya Crossing during Halloween Tokyo Japan. Shibuya is one of the 23 special wards of Tokyo. With 15 square kilometer and a resident population of more than 200000 people it has become one of the best shopping districts of the city specially for young people. It has also a lively nightlife and the streets are busy until late at night. Shibuya is also worldly know by the scrambling crossing in from of the train station and it categorized as the busiest street crossing in the world. Powe Rangers are s group of superheroes created by Haim Saban in Japan in 1993.
