About Lauren Parks
Lauren Parks is a Foster Care Supervisor at KVC Nebraska. She holds a Master’s degree in Social Work and brings a strong commitment to helping children and families thrive. Lauren supports her team through coaching, encouragement and meaningful connection.

In her role, Lauren coaches and supports team members as they grow professionally and personally. She ensures children and families receive high-quality services. She sees every interaction as an opportunity to connect and move forward.
