Cassandra Dittmer, LIMHP, LMFT
About Cassandra Dittmer
Cassandra Dittmer is the Director of Quality & Impact at KVC Nebraska. She holds a Master’s degree in Family and Consumer Sciences with a specialization in Marriage and Family Therapy. She is licensed in the State of Nebraska as an Independent Mental Health Practitioner and a Certified Marriage and Family Therapist. With a deep belief in aligning culture, standards and strategy, she supports teams to thrive while ensuring KVC delivers high-quality, impactful services.
Professional Role and Leadership
In her role, Cassandra leads efforts that shape workplace culture, drive performance and support continuous improvement. She guides teams to meet high standards through collaboration, accountability and a focus on people’s wellbeing.
