Jessica Schuler is a Foster Care Supervisor at KVC Nebraska. She holds a Master of Arts in Management and brings more than two decades of experience in child welfare to her role. She leads with heart and strategy to ensure every child and family receives high-quality support.

Jessica coaches team members to grow professionally and personally. She supports them in providing the best care to families and youth. Her leadership is grounded in strong relationships built on trust, respect and open communication. She believes effective leadership is rooted in collaboration and shared goals.
