Virtual Impact of Mindfulness on Relationships Training for KVC Foster Parents

This virtual Impact of Mindfulness on Relationships training is available to licensed KVC foster parents. It is worth 1.5 CEUs and will be held virtually, sign up by clicking here or on the button below.
Training Description:
In this learning session, participants will:
1. Understand what cortisol is and how it affects their mind and body.
2. feel validated about the impacts of cortisol on their decision making, sense of overwhelm, and focus.
3. increase awareness of their cortisol reactions.
4. identify effective ways to reduce the frequency and intensity of the cortisol bath
