Virtual Career Fair: Open Interviews for Foster Care & Developmental Disability Services

We’re hosting open interviews for these positions:
- Admissions Liaison (Omaha)
- Foster Care Specialist (Omaha and Lincoln)
- Foster Parent Recruitment Coordinator (Lincoln)
- Licensing Specialist (Omaha)
- Shared Living Specialist (Omaha)
- Developmental Disabilities Administrative Supervisor (Omaha)
We’re looking for individuals who possess these talents:
- An internal, constant, and self-imposed drive to inspire caregivers, clients, and peers to meet program goals.
- Charismatic ability to quickly form and maintain relationships with caregivers, clients, and community professionals of diverse backgrounds in order to establish client stability and to help them meet identified goals.
- Dedication to diligent work to find solutions to complex problems through question asking, research, and utilizing relationships and resources.
- Eager for responsibility and who can be relied upon to get the job done.
- Ability to identify and appreciate individual differences while focusing on awareness and attentiveness to how these differences bring diversity and inclusion to KVC’s team and help drive innovation.
- Willingness to take accountability for their work through asking questions, accepting feedback, and a demonstrated commitment to growth and development.
