• Licensing Specialist (Omaha)
• Shared Living Specialist (Omaha)
• Developmental Disabilities Administrative Supervisor (Omaha)

We’re looking for individuals who possess these talents:

• An internal, constant, and self-imposed drive to inspire caregivers, clients, and peers to meet program goals.
• Charismatic ability to quickly form and maintain relationships with caregivers, clients, and community professionals of diverse backgrounds in order to establish client stability and to help them meet identified goals.
• Dedication to diligent work to find solutions to complex problems through question asking, research, and utilizing relationships and resources.
• Eager for responsibility and who can be relied upon to get the job done.
• Ability to identify and appreciate individual differences while focusing on awareness and attentiveness to how these differences bring diversity and inclusion to KVC’s team and help drive innovation.
• Willingness to take accountability for their work through asking questions, accepting feedback, and a demonstrated commitment to growth and development.
