This training is available to foster parents and worth 2 CEUs. You are able to take this training via webcast through the MyLink app on your iPad.

In this training, you will:

• Discuss the importance of participating in shared parenting with a biological family.
• Learn the grief cycle and how to apply that to a biological family who may be grieving the loss of custody.
• Practice initiating a conversation and relationship through role plays.

Childcare is available at all trainings, but foster parents must sign-up for childcare prior to each training date. Foster Parents are required to earn 12 hours of CEUs each year of their licensing period (for a total of 24 hours per licensing period).
