This poverty training is available to KVC foster parents and is worth 2 CEUs.
In this training, you will learn:
- Why we should study poverty
- Discuss theories related to poverty
- View statistics about poverty in Nebraska.
- Learn about the impact of poverty on child development
- Learn ways to change poverty mindsets and cycles
- Discuss suggested interaction strategies.
