National Adoption Day aims to raise awareness of more than 100,000 U.S. children in foster care waiting to find permanent, loving families. On November 19, 2016, judges nationwide will open their courtrooms to help facilitate the adoption finalizations of children who have been mated with a forever family and raise awareness for the thousands of children still in need of an adoptive family.

KVC Nebraska is not an adoption agency and does not complete the legal process for private adoptions. However, KVC Nebraska does train, support and license foster parents interested in foster-to-adopt situations and families only interested in caring for children who are available for adoption.
