CPR/First Aid Training (Omaha, Neb.)

The Red Cross- CPR course will meet the following objectives:
- Universal Precautions and the Good Samaritan Law are explained.
- Participants will learn how to respond to breathing emergencies.
- Participants will learn and practice the techniques to conduct CPR in the case of a cardiac emergency.
- Participants will learn how to use an AED.
- Participants will learn ‘Hands Only CPR.’

Childcare is available at all trainings, but foster parents must sign-up for childcare prior to each training date. Foster Parents are required to earn 12 hours of CEUs each year of their licensing period (for a total of 24 hours per licensing period).
