Attachment and Bonding Training for KVC Foster Parents – Webcast

This Attachment and Bonding training is available to KVC foster parents and worth 2 CEUs. Email Morgan Schmidt, KVC Training Coordinator, at mschmidt@kvc.org to sign up.
In this training, you will learn:
- The difference between attachment and bonding.
- The four types of attachments and the Strange Situation Procedure.
- How to support established attachments while supporting new attachments and demonstrate the ability to support the attachments children have.
- How trauma affects the ability to attach and know the signs of a possible attachment disorder.
